Eligibility and Account

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for account security and accurate account details.
• You may not share accounts or access accounts you do not own.

Service Description

Steadee provides goal tracking, fitness progress sync, reminders, and payment-backed accountability features. Features may change over time.

Health Data and Device Integrations

If you connect Apple Health / HealthKit or Google Fit / Health Connect, Steadee reads authorized fitness data to calculate app progress. You can revoke permissions at any time in device settings.

Steadee is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

Payments and Purchases

• Joker purchases on iOS and Android are processed by the platform store and are subject to Apple or Google billing terms.
• Penalty-related charges and payment method handling may be processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe).
• You authorize the charges described in-app during setup and payment authorization screens.

Disputes and Refunds

If you believe a penalty-related charge was incorrect, you can submit a dispute in-app. Refund decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Steadee systems.
• Do not use Steadee for unlawful activity.

Termination

You may stop using Steadee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal reasons, security risks, or serious Terms violations.

Disclaimers and Liability

Steadee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are posted at this URL with a revised last updated date.
